1. Someone who is looking after you (like your mum) will usually tell you to do things that are good for you. You don't have to do as you are told but it will probably help.
2. Your friends may give you good or bad advice. You should think about what they say before you do it.
3. You can only be made to do things if it is the law. So if a policeman or a judge tells you to do something you most likely have to do it. Other than that you always have a choice.
4. Mean people might try and make you do things that you don't want to. Unless it's the law you don't have to do them.

How to make tea.
1. Put water in the kettle.
2. Dry your hands, plug the kettle in and switch it on. If you can't plug it in, ask the owner of the kettle how it works (very old kettles may work on the stove, but never put a kettle on the stove unless you are sure it is a stove kettle).
3. If you have a teapot, put a teabag in the teapot. If you are making the tea in the mugs, put a teabag in each mug.
4. When the water is boiled, turn off the kettle and fill the mugs three quarters up.
5. Ask the people you are making tea for if they want milk or sugar. If so, take the milk and or sugar out to them so they can add as much as they want.
6. When the tea is strong enough for each person (ask) take the bag out with a teaspoon.
7. Wait until it's cool enough to drink.
8. If you burn yourself at any point, run your hand under cold water for ten minutes and don't worry about the tea.
9. There are different types of tea. If it's a herbal one, read the packet.

A GP deals with less urgent problems and chronic stuff, like helping you get assessed for benefits. A hospital deals with serious and emergency things.

Okay, number one. For a fire to burn, it needs heat, fuel and air. Fuel is the thing that catches fire.
Number two, fires can be caused by something hot, chemicals or electrical things.
If you're using chemicals, read the label carefully and don't put them somewhere hot or with other chemicals unless the instructions are to do so.
If you are using something electrical and it gets warm, unplug it when you are finished. If it gets very hot or starts to smoke, stop using it.
Don't plug too many things into one power socket. If you have to use a distribution board, use the long ones not the cube ones.
If you are cooking, use a timer to make sure your food doesn't burn. And don't leave your food unattended while it's cooking. And don't cook while drunk or very sleepy.
Never smoke on the sofa or in bed if you are sleepy. Always use an ashtray. Or better yet give up smoking.
